Abstract:
To immediately and surely determine a liquid sort inside a container from the outside of the container.
Liquid 14 is stored in a non-conductive container 15, and a pair of electrodes 16, 17 are arranged with at least a part of the liquid 14 put between them. A first measurement apparatus is electrically connected to a pair of electrodes 16, 17. The first measurement apparatus impresses a high-frequency voltage between a pair of electrodes 16, 17 and measures an electrostatic characteristic varied for each sort of the liquid 14. The liquid 14 is drinking water.
