Abstract:
PURPOSE: To efficiently and exactly designate a parameter in a specified area by presenting one of parameters expressing media data again while changing the converting ratio of the parameter when operating a temporarily designated part again.
CONSTITUTION: When performing reoperation, the media data at the really desired part to be designated by a user are presented again with the ratio more suitable for the designating operation rather than the last operation by changing the converting method of parameters expressing the media data. Namely, moving images are reproduced at a display speed different from the display speed in the case of performing the operation for the first time. As the method of the change, frames designated by the last operation, namely, frames before and behind a 1065 frame are reproduced more slowly (15 frames/sec) than the last time and following frames are reproduced at the speed of default (30 frames/sec.). Thus, display time for each frame is prolonged, and the designating operation can be performed after the picture is confirmed by a user.
