CONSTITUTION: The method and device for fetching signals on a rotation belt B consists of a sensor 1 arranged on a rotating timing belt B for engine wound round pulleys P having two axes arranged at a specific interval and detecting the surface strain, a slip ring 2 arranged in freely rotatable on a still system, a thin flexible band 3 consisting of a 1st thin flexible band and a 2nd thick flexible band whose one end is fixed to a clamp 1C fixed to a belt B and whose other end is fixed to a clamp 2C fixed to a slip ring 2, a rope made by twisting fine metal wires wound around the outer peripheral parts of the thin flexible band 3, and a lead wire through which the signal is fetched to the still system from the clamp 2C fixed to the other end of the belt B through the slip ring 2.
