Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make it possible to form a random number from a state where '0' is set up in all the registers due to reset or the like in a random number forming device constituted so as to feed back and connect two output parts of many linearly connected registers to the leading input part through an exclusive OR circuit.
CONSTITUTION: One NOT circuit 9 is inserted into a feedback connection from output parts 3, 4 up to an input part 6. Both the input and output of a prescribed register are set to negative logic. In addition, a switching NOT means for selectively executing NOT operation is connected to the I/O part of the prescribed register.
