Abstract:

PURPOSE: To measure the amount of transported bulk product accurately by forming a transportation device with a lift having a motion constituent in a direction that is vertical to the flow of a bulk product so that it can move up and down, measuring ascent force and ascent speed, and calculating one value that is proportional to the amount of transportation.

CONSTITUTION: The device is constituted of a transportation device 2 that is moved periodically around a rotary shaft 3 by a drive device 21. The device 2 consists of a conveyer belt 13, a bulk product is supplied from a pin 1 onto the belt 13 and is transported to a container 16 for consumption, where the substance exhaust side of the belt 13 is connected to the device 21 via a connection rod 17 and further a connection rod 7 is connected to the connection rod 17. Then, the up/down movement of the connection rods 7 and 17 is converted to an output signal that is proportional to the amount of transportation via a sensor 8 and a load cell 18. Then, in a multiplication circuit 10, a modulation signal is formed from a periodical signal and is supplied to an integration element 11, Then, in the element 11, a modulated signal is separated, the constituent is integrated over a total period, and the amount of transportation is calculated and is displayed on an indicating instrument 12.
