PURPOSE: To attain a learning action with a simple operation by providing a memory storing the input signal data and a memory storing the teacher signal data and controlling these two memories.
CONSTITUTION: A system 21 consists of a hierarchical neural circuit network 22, a total system control part 23, a memory storing the input signal data 24B, and a memory 25 storing the teacher signal data 25B. An arithmetic circuit 26 is added to input the output result 22R of the network 22 and the teacher signal data 25B and to compare these result 22R and the data 25B with each other. When an operator gives an instruction to the part 23 to learn the system 21, the network 22 starts its learning action based on a control signal 32A received from the part 23 and with use of both data 24B and 25B. Thus just a single learning operation is required to the operator in regard of a signal processing method together with the easy handling.
