Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain method and device for efficiently granulating a foamed heat-insulating material free from blowing gas as a volume reduction treatment.

CONSTITUTION: Method and device for recovering blowing gas from a foamed heat-insulating material comprise a high-speed rotating grinder 21 for finely grinding a foamed material 1 and breaking independent bubbles, a compression roller 30 for separating a finely ground resin 2 from blowing gas in the bubbles by compression, and a porous plate 4. In this manner, the foamed heat-insulating material free from blowing gas can be efficiently granulated with a high density.
