Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the sure visual recognition of the portion corresponding to the joint part of a cord and its sure removal even under the state being a finished article even when a marking member falls off, by a method wherein the presence and absence of the joint part of the cord at its position are detected and recorded at the wrapping of the cord so as to bore on the basis of its recording.
SOLUTION: During the wrapping of a cord, the pass of the joint part is detected by a joint detecting sensor. As a result, a joint position calculating means 65 calculates the position starting from a winding so as to automatically write the position through a writing-in means 66 in a magnetically recording means 5. In order to easily discover the presence and absence of the joint part of a cord 7 and its position by a worker and to visually recognize even after being turned into a finished article, a marking tape member is wrapped at the part of the joint part or a hole is bored at the part. Finally, the portion, at which the joint part locates, is removed under the state being turned into a finished article after being cut crosswise.
