Abstract:
To provide an indicator for examining allergic diseases, to provide a method for examining the allergic diseases, and a method for screening a candidate compound of a therapeutic agent for the allergic diseases, based on the indicator.
Eight kinds of genes stimulating tracheal epithelial cell by IL-4 or IL-3 and largely changing in expression in plural cells are acquired as an allergy-related gene. The method for examining the allergic diseases and the method for screening the compound useful for a therapy thereof are provided by using the gene expression levels in a biological sample as the indicator.
