Abstract:

To obtain a coating film in which the generation of the swelling of the coating film in the precoat of an inorganic film of an aqueous solvent is prevented.

A metal plate is used as a base material, a water base inorganic coating is applied on the base material, the solvent is dried in a drying process, and a film is formed in a baking process. In preferable conditions, the drying temperature is 150-300°C, and the baking temperature is 350-500°C.
