To materialize a multi-functional sound generating body which generates both sound and vibration by using an external magnet type magnetic circuit part to be small in size, high in performance, and low in price.
On the upper surface side of the magnetic circuit part 33 comprising a magnet 37, a pole piece 38, and a top plate 39, the inside part of a support spring A (36) which has the inside part and a circular outside part and is formed in a shape in which the parts are connected by arc-shaped arm parts is fixed and the outside part is fixed to a cover and supported. A support spring B in a shape in which the spring A is rotated at 90° is used on the lower surface side, and both surfaces of the circuit part are supported. The circuit part and the springs A, B are positioned by engaging round holes in the middle of springs with circular step parts formed on the upper surface of the top plate and on the lower surface of the pole piece. Since the springs are circular, cases are made circular and can be miniaturized. Since the upper and lower surface of the circuit part are supported, the part is not slanted, and its action is stabilized. Since the springs are positioned by the step parts and the round holes, the mutual centering of parts is simple and exact.
