The method for forming the individual capability certificate and its system are configured. The system is composed of a server main body of an individual introduction/fund management company, an individual terminal, and an investor terminal connected to the Internet. The server main body comprises: an individual profile file transmitted from the individual terminal; an individual certificate file evaluating the individual profile file as individual capability by the individual introduction/fund management company and issuing an individual certificate on a Web page; a work requesting company file being the company information of a work requesting company on the work requesting company requesting a work request based on the evaluation of the individual certificate file and the investment amount of the investor; a commodity file indicative of a commodity; a customer file being information on business acquaintance for the customer; an investor file having information on investment money or the like; and an operating fund file collected from the investor or the like.
