To provide a simulation device which is short in analysis time and high in precisioncon while sidering an effect by circuit operation in adjacent circuit elements, and to provide a computer recording medium, in which a simulation method is stored, and a simulation program.
The simulation device comprises: a CPU 10; a program storage device 20; a data storage device 100; an input device 50; and an output device 60. The CPU 10 comprises: an arrangement information processing section 11 extracting positional information on the circuit elements of a semiconductor integrated circuit from arrangement information; a circuit operation processing section 12 analyzing operation information on the circuit elements from connection information; a model selection section 13 selecting the element models of the circuit elements by considering the effect between the circuit elements by the circuit operation from the position information and the operation information; a circuit creation section 14 creating a circuit to be analyzed by using the element models; and an analysis processing section 15 analyzing the circuit to be analyzed. The data storage device 100 comprises: a connection information storage area 102 storing the connection information; and a library region 110 storing the element models of the circuit elements.
