To provide a method of forming a nanobubble which is used in an ultrasonic contrast medium.
The method of forming a nanobubble has a characteristic feature different from the oil-water emulsion reaction used in the known technique. This method of forming a nanobubble comprises coating at least one first polymer on the surface of an inorganic particle as a central nucleus to form an organic/inorganic composite particle, then dissolving and removing the central nucleus of the organic/inorganic composite particle with a first solvent to form a solvent-type nanoparticle, successively removing the first solvent in the freeze-drying process to form a hollow nanoparticle in the solvent type nanoparticle, and finally dissolving the hollow nanoparticle with a second solvent to form the nanobubble.
