PURPOSE: To join both metals for a short time by executing thermal-splay for self-fluxing alloy to joined face of a joining metal and dipping this thermal- sprayed face into the other side molten metal.
CONSTITUTION: After roughening the joining surface of the metal 1 to be joined, the thermal-spray for self-fluxing alloy is executed, to form thermal-sprayed film 2, which is mechanically stuck. Next, a mold 3 having the prescribed shape and dimension and heat resistance is made and power, etc., of the other side metal 4 is field into the mold and heated and melted. When the other side metal 4 is melted, the part of thermal sprayed film 2 of the metal 1 to be joined is dipped into the molten metal, and the other side metal 4 is solidified and taken out from the mold 3. By this method, the different kinds of metals are joined for a short time by an equipment under low cost.
