Abstract:
To provide spheroids each of a specified size by using various kinds of cells without being limited to the kinds, and to produce such spheroids uniformly and easily in large quantities.
The spheroids comprise carriers having cell adhesivity and cells. Such spheroids are produced by the step of mixing cells with a population of carriers having cell adhesion activity under the conditions of not integratedly coagulating the population of carriers and the step of culturing the mixture for a specified period of time.
