Abstract:
To provide a method for manufacturing a base material with a coating film exhibiting excellent interlayer adhesion of the bilayer coating film.SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing the base material with the coating film comprises: applying a first powdered paint including an epoxy resin and a curable catalyst on a heated base material to form a first coated layer; then applying a second powdered paint including a fluorine resin and a curable catalyst having reactive groups reacting with an epoxy group on the first coated layer to form a second coated layer; and curing the first and second coated layers by means of heat held on the base material to form first and second coating films. Each of the curable catalysts is at least one selected from the group consisting of an amine curable catalyst, a phosphorus curable catalyst, and a boron fluoride curable catalyst.SELECTED DRAWING: None
