Abstract:
To provide a method for manufacturing a freeze-dried product which is not solidified after drying by a drying method which can perform drying in a short time with high drying efficiency.SOLUTION: A freeze-dried product is manufactured using a stirring granulator in which stirring blades are provided in a stirring tank capable of heating, and which dries an object to be treated by decompression in a vacuum pump. A method for manufacturing a freeze-dried product comprises a sublimation step. In the sublimation step, a frozen object to be treated stored in the stirring tank is heated under stirring in a decompression environment, and thus sublimated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
