Abstract:

To provide a method of manufacturing a magnetic core having a more compact and thinner size.

The method of manufacturing the magnetic core 4 includes a step of forming a coat by powder coating with an insulating coating layer 3 composed of a fluorine-based resin having a thickness of 0.02 mm or more and 0.2 mm or less on the peripheral surrounding of a magnetic-core main body 1 composed of a roll or laminate of a magnetic alloy thin ribbon 2.
