Abstract:
To provide an enhanced possibility with respect to junction and insulation of a conductor element.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a coil (1) for a motor (10). The coil (1) includes a plurality of conductor elements (2), and two conductor ends (3) of different conductor elements (2) are electrically coupled with each other at a junction point (4). The method includes the steps of: disposing at least one material reservoir (5) on the conductor end (3) before generating the junction point (4); generating the junction point (4) by joining the conductor ends (3); melting the material reservoir (5); and dispersing the molten material reservoir (5) over at least the junction point (4). As a result, the method makes available an insulation structure in which the conductor ends (3) are insulated with respect to the periphery in at least the junction point (4) after cooling diffused materials in the material reservoir (5).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
