To further simplify processing in a receiving device.SOLUTION: A modulation device 20 includes a primary ch TMCC information bit generation unit 207 and a secondary ch TMCC information bit generation unit 208 that generate TMCC information regarding data signal transmission, a system separation unit 205 that distributes data signals to multiple systems corresponding to multiple physical channels, and OFDM frame configuration units 215 and 216 that multiplex TMCC information on the data signals distributed to the multiple systems and transmit the multiplexed information, and the primary ch TMCC information bit generation unit 207 multiplexes control information regarding a plurality of physical channels constituting CB transmission into TMCC information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
