Abstract:
To provide a fiber resin composite having high mechanical strength.SOLUTION: A fiber resin composite of the present invention is obtained by impregnating a thermoplastic resin between fibers of a reinforced fiber sheet, has a short fiber in at least a part between fibers of the reinforced fiber sheet and has a high mechanical strength. Furthermore, a molding method for the fiber resin composite of the present invention includes: a step of arranging the reinforced fiber sheet in a metal mold; and a molding step of injecting an injection material in a mold closed mold and impregnating the thermoplastic resin between the fibers of the reinforced fiber sheet by an injection pressure. The injection material contains the thermoplastic resin and the short fiber, and the molding step is treatment in which the mold is heated to a temperature higher than the melting point of the thermoplastic resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
