The hot melt agent 16 fused by thermally press bonding is infiltrated into the inside of the fabric 10 so as to be dragged by the penetration effect of the surfactant 18 into the fabric 10. Then, the hot melt agent 16 eventually produces the powerful anchor effect to the fabric 10 if the hot melt agent 16 is solidified after lapse of the prescribed time. As a result, the utilization of a uniform, etc., without peeling of the mark over a long period of time is made possible.
