Title:
METHOD FOR MOUNTING PRESS BONDING MARK AND THE LIKE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP01134490
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To surely detain a mark ground, etc., to a fabric body by thermally press bonding the mark ground, etc., and penetrating a fused hot melt agent to the fabric, etc., under the effect of a surfactant, thereby mounting the fabric, etc., and the mark ground, etc.

CONSTITUTION: The mark ground 12 previously coated with the surfactant 18 is placed on the fabric 10 and is thermally press bonded by an iron, etc., from above the body 14. During this time, the surfactant 18 penetrates the inside of the fabric 10 so as to trace capillaries even if the surface of the fabric 10 is extremely smooth. The hot melt agent 16 fused by thermally press bonding is infiltrated into the inside of the fabric 10 so as to be dragged by the penetration effect of the surfactant 18 into the fabric 10. Then, the hot melt agent 16 eventually produces the powerful anchor effect to the fabric 10 if the hot melt agent 16 is solidified after lapse of the prescribed time. As a result, the utilization of a uniform, etc., without peeling of the mark over a long period of time is made possible.
