Abstract:

To provide an IC card and an IC card processing system capable preventing injustice such as falsification or forgery.

In the IC card processing system comprising the IC card and the IC card processing device giving various processings to the IC card, the IC card comprises a substraction processing means for performing a substraction processing to numerical value data stored in a storage means according to a first key data from the IC card processing device, a summation processing means for performing a summation processing to the numerical value data stored in the storage means according to a second key data from the IC card processing device. By giving necessary key data to the IC card processing device, a IC card processing function with the IC card processing device can be limited.
