Abstract:
To provide a method for preventing bird damages, a utility pole capable of preventing bird damages, a transmission steel tower capable of preventing bird damages, and a method for repelling birds, by which a birds-repelling effect is sustained over a long period.
This utility pole 10 can be cited as an example of a fixture of installation for preventing bird damages and includes a hive 51 in which honey bees inhabit. Specifically, the utility pole 10 includes the utility poly body 21, a housing 31, two bands 41 mounted annularly on the utility poly body 21 to hold the housing 31, and the hive 51 which is placed in the housing 31 and in which honey bees live.
