Abstract:
To provide an apparatus (100) for processing a source (101A) of compressed digital video and control data occurring in transport packets.
An apparatus (100) comprises acquiring means (104) for acquiring copy control data (104A) from transport packets according to a source (101A). Generating means (105) generates a copy control word (CC) according to the copy control data (104A). Forming means (108) forms a superpacket (SP), including the copy control word (CC) and the transport packets (TP).
