Abstract:
To produce a liposome having a high inclusion ratio of medicine without using an organic solvent and enlarging an apparatus.
A solution containing a liposome and a medicine is circulated through a microcapillary 13 so as to form a laminar flow. A part of the microcapillary 13 is regulated in temperature and arranged in a temperature-regulating ultrasonic tank 12 for irradiating the solution with ultrasonic waves. The solution that forms a laminar flow and contains the liposome and the medicine is irradiated with ultrasonic waves. The liposome having a high inclusion ratio of medicine is contained in the solution after ultrasonic irradiation.
