Abstract:

To provide a method for easily producing powder containing a polycarboxylic acid-type polymer compound in high yield.

The powder containing a polycarboxylic acid-type polymer compound is produced by charging a powdery raw material for a hydraulic composition into a vacuum drying granulator furnished with a stirring mechanism, and carrying out the dry granulation under reduced pressure while adding a polycarboxylic acid-type polymer compound solution under a condition to keep constant temperature in the granulator. The invention further provides powder containing the polycarboxylic acid-type polymer compound obtained by the production method, a hydraulic composition containing the powder containing the polycarboxylic acid-type polymer compound, powder of a hydraulic material and water, and a cured material obtained from the hydraulic composition.
