Abstract:
To provide a method for producing greater amounts of a luminescent beetle-derived luminescent enzyme in higher stability.
The method for producing the luminescent beetle-derived luminescent enzyme is established, through optimizing the conditions of selecting, culturing and refining an appropriate promoter and Escherichia coli using a gene encoding the objective enzyme. A relevant stabilized reagent is also obtained.
