Abstract:
To provide a method for producing a resin composition that allows for stable improvements in heat radiation properties and dielectric properties while reducing the deterioration of mechanical properties.SOLUTION: A method for producing a resin composition (A) includes the steps of: removing moisture from a thermally conductive filler (b); and melting and mixing a thermoplastic resin (a) and the thermally conductive filler (b) from which the moisture has been removed, while maintaining the moisture content of the thermally conductive filler (b) with its moisture having been removed.SELECTED DRAWING: None
