Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a light rigid polyurethane foam which uses water as a foaming agent and is excellent in formability (open cell properties, spraying thickness, adhesiveness and the like) by spray foaming, thermal insulation and the like.SOLUTION: In a method for producing a foamed synthetic resin by reacting polyols with a polyisocyanate in the presence of a foaming agent, a foam stabilizer, a catalyst, and a flame retardant and foaming them by a spray method, only water is used as the foaming agent, and following polyols (A), (B), and (C) are used as polyol compounds. The polyol (A) is a Mannich polyol having a hydroxyl value of 200-400 mg KOH/g, the polyol (B) is a polyether polyol having a hydroxyl value of 20-55 mg KOH/g, and the polyol (C) is a polyether polyol having a hydroxyl value of 300-500 mg KOH/g.
