Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a woody laminate which has a high adhesive force between veneer sheets and is excellent in productivity.SOLUTION: A method for producing a woody laminate includes: preparing first wood 10a and second wood 10b bonded to the first wood 10a; and providing a first region to which a first adhesive A is applied and a second region to which a second adhesive B different from the first adhesive A is applied, on an adhesive surface 100 (100a and 100b) between the first wood 10a and the second wood 10b. By relatively movement of an irradiation spot S in a longitudinal direction of the first wood 10a or the second wood 10b while irradiating the first region with one or plurality of laser beams L, the first adhesive A is activated. The first wood 10a is sequentially clamped to the second wood 10b. The first adhesive A in the first region is cured before the second adhesive B in the second region is cured.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
