Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and quickly rinse a cleaned article with simple apparatus and configuration in a rinse process of reducing a water content by immersing the article into a mixture of the non-polar and polar solvents before drying the article in a method of cleaning articles.SOLUTION: A method of cleaning articles is provided with: a cleaning process S1 of cleaning an object to be cleaned by a cleaning agent; a liquid mixture-using rinse process S3 of removing the component of the cleaning agent from a cleaned object by immersing the cleaned object in the liquid mixture of water and a polar solvent; a rinsing liquid-using rinse process S4 of rinsing the cleaned object by immersing the cleaned object from which the cleaning agent component is removed in a rinsing liquid formed by mixing the polar and non-polar solvents; and a drying process S5 of taking out the cleaned object from the rinsing liquid to volatilize and dry the rinsing liquid adhered to the cleaned object.
