To let participants easily move together in a three-dimensional(3D) virtual space by providing a function for selecting the other participant, and letting the selected participant move in the 3D virtual space according to position information transmitted from the participant of selector.
The respective participants walk in a 3D virtual space 101 by manipulating their own doubles (avatars) 102 from respective terminals 100. When a participant A wants to move together with participants B and C, the participant A selects the desired participants B and C to move together. Next, the position information of avatar 102 of participant A is transmitted to the participants B and C. In this case, when the avatar 102 of participant A moves and the position information of participant A changes, this value is reported to the avatars 102 of participants B and C as well and the positions of avatars 102 of participants B and C are changed. Thus, the respective avatars 102 of participants A to C can move together in the 3D virtual space.
