Title:
METHOD FOR WASHING BATH WATER CLEANING MEMBRANE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH11179172
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To efficiently wash out even highly sticky pollutants derived from microorganism by supplying an oxidizing agent, immersing a membrane in the oxidizing agent, and than passing the oxidizing agent through the cleaning membrane at the time of washing a purification membrane such as a microfiltration membrane or a ultrafiltration membrane for filtering bath water by back washing or jet flow.

At the time of bath water cleaning operation, bath water of a bathtub 2 is sucked to a circulation route 4 through an inlet 5 by operation of a pump 7 and cleaned by a filtration layer 9 and a microfiltration apparatus 12. At the time of washing the cleaning membrane 1 of the microfiltration apparatus 12, an opening and closing valve 21 is switched to prevent water from flowing into a connection pipe 19 and electricity is applied to an electrolytic bath 15 to which sodium chloride is added. When the pump 7 is operated in such a state, a part of the bath water flows to a second flow route 14 and sodium hypochlorite as an oxidizing agent produced in the electrolytic bath 15 is supplied to the microfiltration apparatus 12. The cleaning membrane 1 is immersed in the oxidizing solution and after that the oxidizing solution is passed through the membrane 1 to oxidize the substances adhering to the cleaning membrane 1a and make the adhering substances easy to be parted.
