Abstract:
To provide a new extracorporeal method for treating a disease related to high-level circulation blood cfDNA; and to provide a new and more effective device for achieving such a method.SOLUTION: There are provided an apheresis device and its use, for removing substantially all type cell-free DNA (cfDNA) in patient's blood containing nucleosome bound cfDNA, exosome bound cfDNA, and non-bound cfDNA (containing double strand DNA (dsDNA), single strand DNA (ssDNA), and oligonucleotide), in order to restrict harmful effect of circulation cfDNA, and to treat various sicknesses.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
