Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a micro machine which includes an energy source outside a machine unit, supplies energy from the energy source to the machine unit by radio and can store energy in the machine unit.
CONSTITUTION: A sound wave oscillation source 1 as an energy supply source is disposed outside a micro machine unit 2, and a piezoelectric transducer 3 for receiving a sound wave from the sound wave oscillation source 1 and converting the sound wave to the electric power and a condenser 4 for storing the generated electric power of the piezoelectric transducer 3 is provided in the interior of the micro machine unit.
