To provide a microreactor provided with a pump which can be automatically charged with a feedstock oil.
This microreactor has a structure quite the same as that of the conventional except the control mechanism of a feedstock oil pump 30. The delivery port of the cylinder of the pump 30 has a three-way valve 82 the exit of the second port of which has a photoelectric switch 86 which detects the flow of a feedstock oil and transmits a signal to the central control unit 88. A first opening/shutting valve 92 is provided on a feedstock oil introduction pipe 74, and a second opening/shutting valve 96 is provided on a nitrogen gas feed pipe 98. When the plunger 50 is retracted and the probe 70 comes into contact with a lower limit switch 68B, the switch 68B detects the reach of the plunger to the retraction limit, and the central control unit opens the second port and the respective opening/shutting valves. As the result, a nitrogen gas is introduced into a feedstock oil tank 28, and the feedstock oil is introduced into the cylinder by the action of the pressure of the nitrogen gas. When the opto-electrical switch detects the flow of the feedstock oil, the first port of the three-way valve is opened, and the respective opening/shutting valves are shut.
