Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a minor winding device enabling increase in working efficiency of minor winding operations by enabling to remove label pieces at a label set loss part when minor-winding a label continuous body with a largely wound roll shape for a predetermined length.
SOLUTION: A label piece removing mechanism is constituted of a label separating plate 10 for separating front end part of the label piece 7 from a tape type mount 6 by pressing it from rear surface (surface where the label piece 7 is not temporarily attached) of the label continuous body 1, an air nozzle 12 for removing the label piece 7 from the tape type mount 6 by blowing air to the front end part of the label piece 7 separated from the tape type mount 6 by the label separating plate 10, a label piece collecting box 13 for collecting the label pieces 7 removed from the tape type mount 6, and a tension adjustment roll 14 for preventing a change in tension applied to the label continuous body 1 by pressing of the label separating plate 10.
