Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce the counteraction between a primary steam flow and a secondary steam flow which is fed from the intermediate stage of a turbine thereinto, at a steam mixing part by providing a flow guide which guides the secondary steam flow along the external side of a primary steam flow and put it in confluence with the first flow. CONSTITUTION:A conical flow guide 28 whose end is fixed to a diaphragm 29 is mounted at the port 31 of a secondary steam supply pipe 27. The secondary steam flow S2 is separated from the primary steam flow S1 and guided downsteam without mixing with it by the flow guide 28. The secondary-flow speed then becomes equal to the primary-flow speed before it is put in confluence with the first flow.
