Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce hardware quantity by unifying a main modulation/ demodulation part with a secondary modulation/demodulation part in a MODEM which modulates/demodulates a signal frequency-divided into a main channel and a secondary channel for network monitoring.
CONSTITUTION: A modulation part 4a which performs the modulation processing of data on the main channel setting a secondary channel as the synchronous system modulation system of the main channel and performs the modulation processing of secondary data, a demodulation part 4b which performs the reproduction processing of main data from a reception signal and performs the reproduction processing of the secondary data, a command analysis part 7, a synchronous system interface part 8, and an asynchronous interface part 7a are provided, and the modulation part 4a converts asynchronous secondary data from the command analysis part 7 to synchronous data, and the demodulation part 4b converts reproduced secondary data to the asynchronous data, and sends it out to the command analysis part 7.
