SOLUTION: This modesty panel structure has an upper curtain body 11 to be moved upwards while linking the upper end to a movable floor 1 when vertically moving the movable floor 1 and a lower curtain body 12 housed in a pit P opened on a fixed floor F in a standing state to be moved upwards together with the upper curtain body 11 when locking the upper end to the lower end of the upwards moving upper curtain body 11.
