Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a moisture-curing type one pack elastic adhesive comprising an NCO-terminated urethane prepolymer, an oxazolidine ring-containing compound, and a bis(morpholinoethyl)ether compound, expressing a strong adhesive force at an early time, long in the pot life, and expressing a low viscous liquid property in spite of no solvent.
CONSTITUTION: This adhesive comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. of an isocyanate group- terminated urethane polymer produced from a polyol (preferably a condensation type polyester polyol produced by the condensation reaction of a polyhydric alcohol with a polybasic carboxylic acid, a hydroxy group-terminated polybutadiene, or a rosin-modified polyol having a rosin skeleton in the molecule), (B) 0.1-30 pts.wt. of a compound having two or more oxazolidine rings in the molecule, and (C) 0.1-10 pts.wt. of a bis(morpholinoethyl)ether compound.
