Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold for inserting as cast-in, in which the melt-sticking ratios of plural members to be inserted linearly arranged can be the almost same and high ratio to each member to be inserted.
SOLUTION: The mold 8 for inserting as cast-in, is provided with a cavity 15 having plural zones 17 for setting members to be inserted, gates 141, 142 communicated with both end parts in the arranging direction A of the zones for setting the members to be inserted in the cavity 15, plural heating chambers 231-235 faced to non-melt-sticking surface 21 existing at the reverse side of the melt-sticking surface 20 in each member 8 to be inserted and also, disposed so that distances L1-L3 from the gates 141, 142 increase in order and plural communicated grooves 24 for supplying molten metal into each heating chamber 231-235 from the cavity 15. The capacities V1-V3 of the heating chambers 231-235 are increased according to the increase of the distances L1-L3 from the gates 141, 142. In this way, the rising temp. degree of each member 6 to be inserted can be almost equalized.
