PURPOSE: To share fixed side and movable side die sets for molding products to be molded of various kinds by easily exchanging a pair of a fixed core and a movable core in conformity with the products to be molded.
CONSTITUTION: A fixed core 31 is fitted into a hole 26 formed to a fixed plate 24 in a fixed side die set 22, first and second wedges 36, 37 are inserted into wedge-shaped grooves 27, 28 shaped among the inclined planes 32, 33 of the fixed core 31 and the inner surface of the hole 26 from the parting surface 49 side, and the fixed core 31 is fixed to the fixed plate 24. On the other hand, a movable core 67 is fitted into a hole 59 formed to a movable plate 51, third and fourth wedges are inserted into wedge-shaped grooves 74, 75 shaped among the inclined planes 68, 69 of the movable core 67 and the inner surface of the hole 59 from the parting surface 49 side, the movable core 67 is fixed to the movable plate 51, and a handle 73 for work is removed from a unit 66. A mold is clamped, and a molding material is fed, and molded.
