Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain MONAKA (bean-jam-filled wafer) capable of simply and inexpensively producing and simply eating without directly touching jam with hands in eating by separately packaging jam and coat.
CONSTITUTION: This MONAKA housed in container is provided with a container 12 having a foldable part 14, a jam-housing recessed part 16 opened in the upper face and a coat housing recessed part opened in upper face, formed at nearly asymmetric position centering the foldable part 14, and jam 26 of MONAKA is housed in the jam-housing recessed part 16 and a pair of coats 30 of MONAKA sandwiching the jam 26 from upper and lower directions is housed in the coat-housing recessed part 18 and the upper openings of the jam housing recessed part 16 and the coat-housing recessed part 18 are covered by one impermeable blocking sheet 42 to hermetically seal the both recessed parts 16 and 18. When the MONAKA is eaten, the blocking sheet 42 is peeled and upper coat 30 is taken out and the container 12 is folded into the direction B of a arrow and the jam 26 is dropped onto the lower coat 30 and the taken- out upper coat 30 is placed thereon.
