To provide the technology capable of easily obtaining the expression profile information most important for analysis of gene functions, in safety, that is, to provide the nondestructive visualizing technology of high resolution capable of monitoring the gene expression amount in real time, and having high versatility capable of being applied to deep tissue in vivo.
The plasmid giving the change to a nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) signal, and prepared by implanting a molecule measurable by NMR, for example, PHM gene downstream of a promoter responding to a cultivating condition, external stimulation and the like, is introduced, and the expression amount of polyphosphoric acid in deep tissue and the like is measured by 31P-NMR, whereby the expression profile of the promoter can be nondestructively measured in real time.
