Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor analyzer capable of executing useful analysis, based on realistic input data, having a function of outputting the winding condition and the winding range of a motor to be the target of analysis.
SOLUTION: A motor analyzer concerned with this invention possesses a processing unit which executes the analysis of a magnetic field, and that processing unit operates the winding condition, based on the input data on the core form and winding specification, prior to the analysis of a magnetic field, and sends out the results to an output device, and also, makes an image which shows the winding range on the core where the winding is to be applied, and sends it to the output device. The input data on the winding specification includes the diameter of the winding, the number of turns, and the resistivity, and the operation results of the winding condition include the maximum number of turns of the winding, the height of winding, and the length of winding, and the resistance.
