This controller is composed of a first drive means and a second drive means provided with stators 4, 14 which have outside and inside magnetic pole areas being opposed to the external and internal peripheral surfaces of magnets 1, 11 and are excited by coils 2, 12. Coil terminal holding parts 3a, 13a which bobbins for the coils have are provided with pins 6, 16 for connecting the terminal areas of the coils. The first drive means and the second drive means are arranged in parallel in the axial direction. An outputting means 22 is connected with the magnets of the first and second drive means, and the coil terminal holding parts of the first and second drive means are protruded in the driving direction of the outputting means from the stators of the first and second drive means.
