Abstract:
The present invention provides a stator for an electrically operated valve and an electrically operated valve, in a rotor (21) for an electrically operated valve, which constitutes a motor part together with a magnetic rotor of a valve device, a bracket (1) for fixing to a cylindrical part such as a housing (40) of the valve device is improved, damage to a coil (21b) in the stator is prevented, and deterioration of insulating properties is prevented. A base part (11) of a fixing block (21B) fixed on the bracket enables an outer side plate (11a) and an inner side plate (11b) which clamp the fixing block in the radial direction of an insertion hole (21H) to be integrated through a connecting plate (11c). A fixing structure is formed by a protrusion (53) of the fixing block and a clamping arm (11a1) of the outer side plate. The movement of the base in the axis (L) direction with respect to the fixed block is restricted by the fixed structure. The fixing structure is set to be within the width (W1) of the fixing block in the axial direction, so that the outer side plate does not protrude from the fixing block.
